Abstract:
The choice of the subject PASSENGER BUS TERMINAL as a master dissertation for the Universidade Federal Fluminense - UFF, represents all the effort developed along this type of activity in order that decision making be performed by deterministic methods.
The impact of THE DESIGN OF A DETERMINISTIC MODEL OF A SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION AND FLOW - MODE, used as a tool in the optimal allocation of bus terminals is due to the fact that the stream of passengers is not the sole determinant of rebuilding, enlargement or construction of these terminals, but the set of social and economical variables of these municipalities.
Similarly, the method adopted in setting UP commercial units available to the terminal user had as its purpose the establishment of an appropriate system for the evaluation of the services offered, classifying them in accordance with user income level.
