Abstract

The present work: is the third part of "Climatological Sketch of the Brazilian East Region", where the Author studies the summer (December, January and February), analyzing the following main items:

1. a) Situation without the polar mass actuation;
2. b) Disposition of some important facts of circulation;
3. c) Circulation facts that require attention;
4. d) The circulation, its influence on the rains and on the relief during the summer.
